At Wilmington Vet Center, we provide therapy to address issues related to MST. You and your therapist will create a treatment plan tailored to meet your unique needs. That plan may include individual, group, couples, and/or family therapy.
Wilmington Vet Center - Intimate partner violence support
Intimate partner violence refers to a pattern of physical, sexual, and/or emotional abuse that occurs in relationships.
At Wilmington Vet Center, we provide therapy services and will link you to resources. This support is available for both partners.
We also offer a specialized group, Strength at Home, that helps decrease aggression in relationships and increase communication.
Wilmington Vet Center - Grief and bereavement counseling
Vet Centers are privileged to offer bereavement counseling to family members of any military member who dies on active duty. We also provide grief counseling to our eligible Veterans who suffer the loss of a loved one.
Wilmington Vet Center - Couples and family counseling
The Wilmington Vet Center has Licensed therapists who offer marriage and family counseling to Veterans, service members, and their loved ones.
We also offer a support group for spouses.

Harlem Vet Center - PTSD care
We provide an array of expert clinical services to address all aspects of both combat and non-combat trauma.
At the Harlem Vet Center, we offer individual and group counseling.

Harlem Vet Center - Mental health care
We provide an array of general clinical and evidence-based therapeutic treatments for a broad range of mental health and emotional needs.
At the Harlem Vet Center, we offer individual and group counseling. We also provide referral services to appropriate resources in our community.
Care at our center includes:
- One-on-one hour-long counseling sessions targeted at your individual needs
We also offer group counseling. Our specialty groups include:
- Vietnam Combat Veterans
- OEF/OIF groups
- Combat Veterans (era integrated)
- Women Veterans
Harlem Vet Center - Addiction and substance abuse care
We can easily refer Veterans and service members in need of such services to excellent programs for outpatient treatment or residential care at the local VA or in the community.
