The Harrisburg Vet Center offers therapeutic events such as

- Fishing events and cookouts
Western Oahu Vet Center - Whole health
Due to restrictions from COVID19 Pandemic, we have suspended all recreational activity groups.
Groups that were available to eligible clients included
- Guitar4Vets
- Ukulele
- Aikido
Active clients also participated in Annual Na Koa Wounded Warrior Canoe Paddling, tours to local museums, and other activities.

Greensboro Vet Center - Women Veteran care
The Women's Veteran Wellness group is held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays to provide a whole health experience for our Veterans and service members.
We understand the unique experiences and needs of women Veterans and service members. We'll strive to match you with a counselor who fits with your preferences and we can help you connect with the Providence VA Medical Center Women's Veteran Coordinator.
We also have resources for state and national women Veteran's programs, such as the Women Veterans Network (WoVeN).
San Antonio Northwest Vet Center - Telehealth
NW San Antonio Vet Center offers virtual counseling and outreach through VA Video Connect and Doximity.
For our Veterans living in rural areas, this is a great resource to utilize because transportation can be a struggle and our facility may not be close to the Veteran's residence.

At the Midland Vet Center, we work to bridge mental health care with every other aspect of Veterans’ lives. You can expect your counselor to help you highlight the connection between mental health and various aspects of self-care (e.g. food and drink, working your body, surroundings, spirit and soul, personal development, recharging, and relationships).
