- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Therapeutic activities such as horse riding, outdoor activities and events.

San Francisco Vet Center has Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists onsite to offer family and couples counseling.
