Reno Vet Center has Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists onsite to offer family and couples counseling.

Specialty care at our center includes:

• Women's group (Female spouses of Veterans support group)
• EFT (Emotional Focused Couples Therapy)
• Gottman couples therapy protocol

Reno Vet Center offers individual and group counseling:

• Vietnam Veterans group
• Iraq/Afghanistan group
• Veterans Support Group

Specialty care includes:

• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
• Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Therapeutic activities such as hiking, outdoor activities and events.

Veterans in rural communities may be able to connect remotely with Reno Vet Center counselors and staff to receive services.

Reno Vet Center can help you:

• Understand VA medical benefits and provide guidance on documents needed for enrollment.
• Find a VSO to file claims and other benefits paperwork.
• Connect you to representatives for VA education benefits.
• Overview and referral for VA and state burial benefits.
• Learn more about housing and VA home loans.

Nashville Vet Center partners with community organizations to offer therapeutic activities such as:

• Operation Song
• G4V (Guitars for Vets)
• Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing (PHWFF)

The Vet Center provides individual and group counseling specific to the needs of Women Veterans. We also offer psychosocial informational groups geared toward educating women Veterans about VA Healthcare and the VA Center for Women Veterans.
