COVID-19 Testing

Given the recent rise in community prevalence of the Omicron variant, the number of veterans coming to the Emergency Department (ED) for asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic testing is tremendous. Antigen testing is provided if patients are symptomatic.  Patients are encouraged to contact their PACT team by secure messaging or calling (210) 949-9702 to schedule a COVID test due to limited resources. Patients may also visit NextCare Urgent Care for patients outside the Victoria catchment area.

Wheelchair availability:  Wheelchairs are available upon arrival for patients who need them to access the building.

DAV vans

Hours: Individual van schedules vary

We work with Disabled American Veterans and county Veterans Affairs directors to provide transportation for Veterans and authorized caregivers to get to scheduled medical appointments.

Non-DAV van services

Many localities in the region provide other van services to Veterans.
