The West Roxbury campus of the VA Boston Healthcare System provides primary care and specialty services, including a 24-hour emergency department, surgery, physical therapy and more. The campus also hosts a nationally recognized acute Spinal Cord Injury program, and is one of the few facilities with a CARF-accredited acute rehabilitation program. In addition, the facility serves as the regional referral center for intensive inpatient surgery, including vascular surgery, specialized general and cancer-related surgery, orthopedics, hand and joint replacement surgery, plastic surgery and urology.

COVID-19 testing

We offer COVID-19 testing on demand for Veterans who are enrolled in VA health care. Spouses and caregivers are not currently eligible for COVID-19 testing from VA.

There is no medical evaluation or treatment provided by the testing clinics. If you have mild symptoms and are concerned about COVID-19 infection, we can provide a test with instructions for follow-up as needed.

DAV Van services for Veterans

Hours: Individual van schedules vary

We work with Disabled American Veterans and county Veterans Affairs directors to provide transportation for Veterans and authorized caregivers to get to scheduled medical appointments.
