Use filters for the "Content type" and the "Section" to narrow down your results. If you filter content by only title, your results will show all content with that keyword, including from different content types, moderation states, and sections.

For example, if you searched only by keyword but you're looking for content type "VAMC Facility Health Service," you may see other results. However, some results have the "VAMC System Health Service" content type.

First check if your system has a VAMC System Health Service for that specific service. You can only add a facility health service after the system health service has been created first.

To prevent accidental deletion, you can't delete nodes in Drupal CMS. You can archive a "VAMC System Health Service," but only after you have archived all facility health services associated with it. Also remove any links to those nodes from other pages so that you don't create broken links.
