Basic facility addresses and contact information (phone numbers included) come from a central database. Go to the Knowledge Base article on facility basic data for instructions on requesting changes.
You can change phone numbers and addresses for specific health services or departments in the VAMC Facility Health Service content type.
Is there a character limit for the system banner alert ?
Is there a character limit for the system banner alert ?
Banner alerts should be shorter than 300 characters. Veterans, especially those using mobile devices to access your content, may be frustrated by long alerts that require a lot of scrolling.
Currently, there is no technical limit so your banner content won’t be cut off after 300 characters, but longer banner alerts will push other page content lower. A technical limit may be put in place in the future.

Is a GovDelivery message automatically sent when a system banner alert is published?
The GovDelivery message goes out if the checkbox "Send email update on this situation" is checked when the alert is first created, the Published box is checked, and the node is saved.
Don't re-use system banner alerts. If you do, the initial GovDelivery message won't be sent again.
You also have the option of sending GovDelivery messages for situation updates as the situation changes over time.
