Military sexual trauma can happen to both men and women. If you experienced sexual assault or harassment during military service—no matter when you served—we provide counseling and treatment led by a female counselor.

We offer individual and group counseling by counselors with specific training related to military sexual trauma care.

Our counselors are trained and experienced with providing counseling for military sexual trauma (MST). 

• We have male and female counselors available for individual counseling
• We strive to create a harassment-free and all-inclusive environment
• We offer group counseling sessions for those who have experienced MST
• We can also facilitate enrollment and treatment in VA health care for any physical injuries related to your MST

The MST experience doesn’t have to be reported.

We have a group for MST survivors to focus on processing trauma and to receive support from other MST survivors. Please call if you're interested in joining the MST group.

Like all of our counseling, individual sexual assault or harassment sessions are confidential in nature. We have counselors available based on your gender preference. We also offer a support group.

We offer a variety of services to help you with the emotions of military sexual trauma and regain confidence in your everyday life. This may include individual or group counseling, marital and family counseling, referral for benefits assistance, liaison with community agencies, or substance use information. We can also refer you to specialized help.
