We provide a hybrid of services that are both in person and via telehealth or phone. This includes groups. We offer remote/virtual counseling and outreach through WebEx. We’ll also assist you in getting this set up on your computer, laptop, or phone so you can access this service. 

Busy schedule? Don't have time for traffic? We get it. We have easy-to-use telehealth platforms that allow us to provide you with our same high-quality services virtually. All you need is a smartphone or similar device, an internet connection, and a private location. 

We use virtual platforms such as VA Video Connect and Webex to make counseling convenient for you. 

We understand the unique experiences and needs of women Veterans. We'll work with you to find a counselor that fits your preferences, and can help you connect with other agencies as needed. We also have a women Veteran group that meets weekly on Thursdays. To join any group, you’ll need a referral from a counselor. 

We’ll be offering the following groups. 

• Cooking—healthy choices that include vegetarian, low-carb and low-fat choices
• Fishing  groups along with rod building
• Walking groups and recreation options
