The Walla Walla Vet Center understands that the transition from military to civilian life can be a challenge. We offer a variety of ways to assist you in that process such as:

  • Education and referral for VA burial benefits

  • Bereavement counseling for families who have lost a loved one while they were serving on active duty

Guitars 4 Vets provides individual guitar lessons to Veterans interested in learning how to play and harness the healing power of music. Veterans who graduate the program by completing 10 consecutive lessons are gifted a brand-new guitar and accessories that they can use to further their skills.

Guitars 4 Vets also holds occasional concerts, open mic nights, and fundraisers to foster camaraderie and the love of music for Veterans.
