Individuals who have experienced sexual assault or sexual harassment exhibit a range of other mental health and medical conditions.

We offer individual and group counseling for those who have experienced military sexual trauma. We currently have both male and female counselors that can help.

Military sexual trauma can happen to both men and women. If you experienced sexual assault or harassment during military service—no matter when you served—we provide counseling and treatment. We have a full range of evidence based therapies to include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.  We also have both male and female counselors  available. 

At Midland Vet Center, we provide counseling, treatment and community referrals.

The McAllen Vet Center offers these male and female MST groups:

The Lubbock Vet Center has both female and male counselors to provide counseling and treatment.

• Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE)
• Client-Centered Therapy 
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)

The Little Rock Vet Center employs counselors who are trained to help Veterans and service members who are dealing with issues related to military sexual trauma (MST) by providing trauma-informed care and evidence-based counseling.

Through individual and group counseling sessions we can help you learn more about how MST affects people, provide individualized counseling that will help you cope with the ways that you are currently being impacted, or if you prefer, provide clinical treatment that involves discussing your experiences in more depth. Laredo Vet Center counselors have specialized training in the provision of Military Sexual Trauma counseling.
