We have male and female counselors available with specialized training in trauma counseling. 

Anyone can experience MST, regardless of gender. Like other types of trauma, MST can negatively affect a person’s mental and physical health, even many years later.  We are here to support you in whatever way will help you best,  our therapists are specifically trained and ready to help.  Individual and group counseling is available in-person or virtually for your convenience, please contact the Fort Collins Vet Center at 970-221-5176. 

We provide confidential individual and group counseling support for both male and female Veterans related to MST.

Our services are confidential. The DoD and VA cannot access your records unless you've released them.  

Military sexual trauma counseling may include individual or group counseling, marital and family counseling, referral for benefits assistance, liaison with community agencies or substance abuse information and referral to help you deal with the emotions of military sexual trauma and regain confidence in your everyday life.

The Provo Vet Center can provide individual counseling. We have male/female therapists dependent upon preference. 

The Missoula Vet Center recognizes the devastating effects of military sexual trauma and is here to provide trauma-informed and trauma-focused care. If you experienced sexual assault/harassment during military service (no matter when you served) we provide counseling and treatment.

The Boulder Vet Center has both male and female counselors available to provide individual private counseling.

 Military sexual trauma refers to sexual assault, sexual harassment, or other threatening, offensive, or unwanted sexual advances, activities, or remarks that you experienced in the military. Our goal is to help you improve your quality of life with strategies to manage emotions and memories related to your military sexual trauma. Our services include:

• Individual counseling

• Referral to local Grand Junction VA Medical Center
• Female counselors are available for Veterans and service members
