Drupal doesn't have an image editing tool, so edit your image before uploading to Drupal. The front-end system will show an image in a pre-set aspect ratio, usually indicated in the node help text (for example, 2:1 for a facility image). Drupal will allow you to select the focus area of an uploaded image for different aspect ratios.

Usually, only one image is allowed in a node, like a Story or a facility.

What does “Show row weights” mean?
On some panels, "Show row weights" is a way to change the order of rows in a list, instead of clicking and dragging. Showing weights means that each row will get a dropdown menu with numbers, so you can click the order number of each row.

Currently, video or audio files can't be uploaded to Drupal. Contact VHA Digital Media to upload a video or audio to the VA YouTube channel. Once it's on the VA YouTube channel, you can add a link following the instructions in the Knowledge Base article on videos.

Detail pages, News releases, and a few other content types let you upload a PDF file using a content block. Follow the Knowledge Base article instructions for linking to a file.
For VA Forms, follow VA guidelines on linking to official forms, instead of uploading them.

You can add an event recurring by clicking the box next to "Make recurring." Save the Event series first, then come back and edit individual dates in the series.
