Casper Vet Center - Couples and family counseling
The Casper Vet Center provides eligible Veterans and in some cases their family members, a variety of direct psychological services. We strongly encourage spouse/significant other involvement in Veteran counseling as a resource that cannot be overlooked. Families are strongly encouraged to participate in the healing process for Veterans.
At the Casper Vet Center, we offer
- Individual counseling to the Veteran and eligible dependents to address quality of life issues
- Couples and family counseling to help family members deal with problems associated with the Veteran’s readjustment issues
- We also provide these services to active and reserve service members
Salt Lake City Vet Center - Couples and family counseling
The Salt Lake Vet Center recognizes that support from the home front can be key in the readjustment of a Veteran when they return from deployment. We provide couples and family counseling regardless of when you served. Listen to one Veteran's spouse talk about her experience at a Vet Center.
Billings Vet Center - Couples and family counseling
The pressure of military life can put a strain on marriages and family relationships. Not only do we say "thank you for your service" to the Veteran/service member, but also to the military spouse and family.
Spouses and significant others are welcome to be in counseling sessions with the Veteran/service member's approval.
Services are provided at no cost.

Denver Vet Center - Couples and family counseling

Cheyenne Vet Center - Couples and family counseling
The Vet Center offers over 20 years of combined experience in Marriage and Family counseling.
Our counselors specialize in the Gottman Method for couples counseling.
Rockford Vet Center - Couples and family counseling
We offer the following evidence-based treatments:
- Emotionally Focused Therapy. This helps individuals and couples deal with problematic emotional states and interpersonal relationships.
- Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy. This approach uses a variety of strategies to promote greater emotional acceptance as well as concrete change.
Bismarck Vet Center - Couples and family counseling
We provide couples counseling as it relates to the care of the Veteran or service member.
We periodically host an educational group for significant others on the cycle of deployment and the impact of deployment. This group is open to adult significant others of Veterans and service members, from all eras, who are active clients of the Bismarck Vet Center.

Traverse City Vet Center - Couples and family counseling
Our counselors use various methods of treatment when it comes to couples or family sessions.
We encourage our Veterans and service members to address any personal concerns through individual therapy. This can coincide with family therapy. During individual therapy, counselors may offer opportunities for your partner or other family members to join in the session, once or twice. This can provide an opportunity for your family members to learn more about your needs and ways to best support you during your treatment.

This includes Veteran-centered brief family consultations. These are brief interventions designed to integrate the Veteran’s family and/or chosen supports into their recovery process.
