We recognize that completing military service can come with a variety of new challenges. Navigating the VA system and other benefits alone can be overwhelming.  We can provide education and connection for

• Enrollment in VA healthcare benefits
• Filing a military-related disability claim
• Connection to employment opportunities
• Using VA Education Benefits
• Using your VA Home Loan
• Connecting to state benefits and services

The White River Junction Vet Center is staffed with women counselors and they focus on the needs of women Veterans and your cultural transformation along with any readjustment issues you may experience when separating from the military into civilian life.

We aim to provide an environment free from harassment and that will meet the unique needs of women Veterans.

The White River Junction Vet Center has counselors who can provide services such as:

• Individual counseling for couples, spouses, children and significant others
• Couples counseling

White River Junction Vet Center can help you

• Understand VA medical benefits and provide guidance on documents needed for enrollment.
• Find a VSO to file claims and other benefits paperwork.
• Connect you to representatives for VA education benefits.
• Overview and referral for VA and state burial benefits.
• Learn more about housing and VA home loans.

The White River Junction Vet Center can also connect you to Veterans Service Organizations in your community.

The Morgantown Vet Center has clinicians who can provide services such as:

• Individual counseling for spouses, children, and significant others
• Couples (Marriage and Family Therapy) counseling
• Significant others support group

The Babylon Vet Center can direct Veterans to the VA Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program (SUDTP) within the Northport VA Medical Center, other community residential treatment programs contracted with the VA and support groups within the community. 

The Babylon Vet Center has offered workshops and classes i.e. photography to help Veterans connect with other Veterans without having to participate in group counseling. Any upcoming workshops and classes will be posted below/here.

We can provide individual or group educational briefings, exhibit at your organizations' events, and establish clinical partnerships with your organizations. 

The Morgantown Vet Center partners with organizations like:

• Veteran Service Organizations, community leaders, and elected representatives
• Military installations and units, including the National Guard and Reserve
• Businesses, non-profit organizations,  educational institutions, and industries
• Health care systems and providers, members of the clergy,  government agencies, and many more

At the Morgantown Vet Center, our certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor (CAADC) can provide long-term support to help Veterans and service members overcome underlying issues. 

We can connect Veterans and service members struggling with addiction to the Substance Use Disorder Same-Day Access Clinic and the Substance Use Disorder in-patient program at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center to detox and gain stability. 

We can also refer Veterans and service members to our community partners like WVU Medicine's Center for Hope and Healing and Valley HealthCare System.
