The Babylon Vet Center provides counseling for couples and families to include the following evidence-based treatments.

• Strength at Home: Trauma-informed treatment for Veterans struggling with conflict in their relationships.  
• Emotionally Focused Therapy:  Helps individuals and couples to deal with problematic emotional states and interpersonal relationships. 
• Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy:  Uses a variety of strategies to promote greater emotional acceptance as well as concrete change. 

The Babylon Vet Center collaborates with Army National Guard and Reserve units, Suffolk County Veterans Service Agency, Long Island State Veterans Home, Suffolk County Veterans Court, Yaphank Correctional Facility Veterans pod, local law enforcement, and community agencies . 

The Center City Vet Center developed a Veteran Community Engagement Board where Veterans and community stakeholders engage with Vet Center staff to provide feedback on services and work together to build better community relations. 

We collaborate with grass-roots and community agencies to help Veterans and meet their needs. 

Wheeling Vet Center offers individual and/or group counseling by clinicians with specific training related to military sexual trauma care.

The Wheeling Vet Center offers individual and group counseling.

Specialty care includes:

• Era-specific groups (Vietnam, Global War on Terror/Other)
• Spouse Support Group

The Vet Center offers great couples and family counseling, no matter how your relationships are built.

Our current group meets on Fridays at 10 a.m. and is for Spouses/Caregivers (In Person).

We offer classes or events throughout the year, based on schedule and staff availability.
