How to know when facility data changed in the Facility API

Some information about a facility comes from the Facility API and is not editable directly in the CMS.
However, sometimes that data changes in a way that a Content Admin needs to know about.

The CMS provides a Flagged dashboard for Facilities that had recent changes as a result of information from the Facility API. Items appear on the Flagged dashboard until they have been processed by a Content Admin and had their flag removed.
Flag types
- New facility - A new facility appeared in the Facility API and was created in the CMS. It will need to have the new facility runbook applied based on the type of facility.
- VHA Facility runbook
- Vet Center runbook
- NCA Facility runbook
- VBA Facility runbook
- Changed name - The facility had its name changed by the Facility API and will need the appropriate runbook applied based on the type of facility.

- Vet Center runbook
- NCA Facility runbook
- VBA Facility runbook
- Removed from source - The facility no longer appears in the Facility API and will need the appropriate runbook applied based on the type of facility.

After processing the appropriate runbook a Content Administrator can go edit the facility and remove the flag by clicking the checkbox next to the flag and saving the facility.
