We refer Veterans to VA and other community partners. Southpoint VA's Jacksonville Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Team provides a variety of evidence-based individual and group therapies that are the gold-standard treatments for substance use disorders.

We offer evidence-based therapies and referrals (as needed) to support your goals.

Veterans are often referred to the Substance Abuse Treatment Program through the Atlanta VAMC.  

Unhealthy substance use often goes hand-in-hand with PTSD, depression, or stress. We can help you understand how problematic drinking, and drug use might be related to other stressors in your life, and we can teach you how to take control over your substance use. We can also connect you to more intensive or comprehensive substance use treatment programs within VA or in our community, if needed.

We work closely with the VAMC substance abuse program and will assist with the referral process for substance-related issues. 

We work closely with the Lebanon and Coatesville VA Medical Centers to provide referral to their inpatient and outpatient substance use programs.

We actively coordinate referrals for substance abuse counseling to both VA and community organizations. 

We offer individual counseling for Veterans and service members who need support with substance use disorder.

Our team can help. When we identify a challenge with substance abuse or addiction, our team will offer a referral to other VA resources or community options to meet your level of need.
